Company and Associates Donate Over $40,000GREENSBORO, NC, February 1, 2013 – Key Risk, a leading provider of workers compensation insurance products and services for employers throughout the Eastern United States, contributed a total of $40,816 to Kids’ Chance programs in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Formed by workers compensation professionals, Kids’ Chance is a national organization that awards scholarships to students (ages 16-25) whose parent’s on-the-job death or catastrophic injury resulted in a substantial decline in family income.“Work-related injuries can have a significant impact on the family of an injured worker,” said Rob Standen, president of Key Risk. “At Key Risk, we understand the challenges families face and are proud to support Kids’ Chance organizations in five states.”This year, associates raised funds through raffles and hosted events in several states.
